Dr Jodie Landstra has over 20 years experience working as a Psychologist, and 15 years as a Clinical Psychologist assisting people living with chronic health issues.
She has worked with patients to improve their mental health and wellbeing while they come to terms with a diagnosis and also manage Diabetes, Cancer, HIV, Hep C, Heart or Lung Transplants.
Jodie uses a range of techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you better manage your health, behaviour and emotions while living a fulfilling vibrant life.
Jodie's extensive experience helps her understand the challenges of managing diabetes and will work with you to identify behaviours that are impacting your quality of life. Being self-compassionate is a vital component of this process.
