Dr. Louise Goodall, Sydney Endocrinologist is a specialist endocrinologist, a research fellow at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, and a lecturer at the University of Notre Dame. She has an interest in diabetes, osteoporosis, endocrine disorders in pregnancy, and general endocrinology. She practices as a visiting medical practitioner at St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney as well as Sydney Endocrinology.

Dr. Goodall completed her medical degree at the University of Western Sydney where she graduated with honors and was awarded the Derek and Shirley Howes Award for Academic Achievement and placed in the top three graduating students in her cohort.

Dr. Goodall completed the basic physician trainee (BPT) program at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital prior to completing her Advanced Training in endocrinology through The Canberra Hospital, Prince of Wales Hospital, and St Vincent’s Hospital. She was awarded a fellowship from the Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 2022.
 
Dr. Goodall is currently undertaking a research fellowship at the Garvan Institute examining bone health in patients receiving hormone therapy for breast cancer.
 
Dr. Goodall is actively involved in medical education, currently working as a lecturer at Notre Dame University and holding a conjoint associate lecturer position at the University of Western Sydney. She has previously been a conjoint associate lecturer at the University of New South Wales and a clinical teaching fellow at the University of Sydney.
 
She has published her research in peer-reviewed medical journals and presented her research and challenging clinical cases at national and international endocrine conferences. She continues to attend diabetes and endocrinology conferences annually to keep up to-date with best evidence-based practice.
